Tony Paradis, MS, MA, RDN, LD, CSSD, CSCS, USAPL is Elevate Human Performance’s 2024 Dietitian of the Year.

Over the last 15 years, Tony Paradis, has built and elevated nutrition programs across the USA in private practice, D-1 collegiate programs, and currently as a performance dietitian with the Army. In addition to his professional accolades, he has accomplished a lot personally including:

  • A competitor on American Ninja Warrior

  • Bench pressing 315 pounds in training

  • Drinking so much at the 2023 Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics leadership meeting that he has been officially banned from attending Academy open bar events.

  • A black belt in Tae Bo

  • First place champion of two state (TN, SC) pie eating competitions
