I customize the focus and coaching of every program to your individual needs. Nothing is “cookie cutter” about your program.
We start with a free consultation so I can understand your goals, challenges, preferences, medical history, and everything pertinant to customizing your program.
You will meet with me every week 1 on 1 coaching depending on the frequency you need to accomplish your goals.
Sessions will primarily be spent on nutrition counseling and education.
Exercise programs are included in every program and will be tailored to your level of knowledge and ability
We will work online with a custom nutrition and training app that allows us to have virtual meetings, track food, exercise, and progress, create notes, share documents, and take care of payments. Everything will be included and taken care of.
You may be assigned some “homework” before or between sessions. This may be a short video or document and task (example: an instructional video on how to weigh yourself and take measurements) so you can use our time together to get to the essence of what you need.
Spouses and parents are encouraged to accompany you during your sessions. Having a support system for your goals can be a huge advantage.
What is included in a program?
“3 months progress update for my client, Derek. Down about 30 lbs but looks bigger because of his training and definition. FaceTime and google docs makes distance nutrition sessions a breeze. Disclaimer- results like this are not typical for most people on such a short timeline. Derek hit it hard and consistently from day 1 and on. Just want to show y’all what is possible naturally and in a healthy way. But remember progress still adds up over time and no matter if you get there in 3 months or 3 years, you can build a strong, and lean body. What you can’t see on the inside is his lower blood pressure, better cholesterol, higher energy, improved sleep, less stress, and in his words, “I feel like I’m in my early 20s again” once again- great job to this father of 3 and small business owner and great client!”
“At the urging of my sister, I decided to see a dietitian. I weighed 326 pounds when I walked into Tony Paradis’ office. I had to lose 25 pounds in order to use the tread climber and was able to do so. Since then I have walked a total of four times a week doing 48 minute interval training and some resistance training and have lost a total of 60 pounds since August 1, 2012. I am down 78 pounds from three years ago and am moving toward my goal at incredible speed thanks to my dietitian Tony, trainer Josh, and the Bowflex tread climber.
The current pictures don’t really tell the tale. I am still losing weight. I am much more energetic and growing stronger. This November I will be 48 years old.”

“Nutrition led to shorter recovery periods. Previously I was used to being a middle of the pack bike racer, but am very happy to report numerous podium finishes in my spring races after changing the way I eat.” – Darci Scott
